EELLC provides Engineering Consulting services with an emphasis on protective relaying, control components, I&C systems, switchgear, Commercial Grade Dedication (CGD) and Item Equivalency Evaluation (IEE).
Protective Relay Services
Protective relay repair, refurbishment and acceptance testing
EELLC refurbishes, repairs and performs acceptance tests In Accordance With (IAW) Manufacturers specifications. Repairs are dependent on parts availability.
Typical activities:
- Replacement of control springs
- Replacement of operating or restraint coils
- Replacement of induction disc assemblies and sub-components
- Replacement of movable or stationary contacts
- Replacement of seal-in and target assemblies
- Plant specific calibration and settings performed IAW the sites Relay Setting Sheets on request
